- If your purchase has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order at no charge by contacting us.

Delivery
A flat fee of $9.95 is charged for orders totalling less than $99 before taxes. For shipping to remote areas or other provinces, additional delivery fees may be charged.
Regular items that are in stock are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours following receipt of your payment.
Yes. At the time of your purchase, a tracking number will be assigned to you, allowing you to follow your order’s progress in real time. Once your order will have been shipped, you will receive an email message showing the information required to follow up with the transport service (if this service is available).
In-store pick-up at our branch in Saint-Hyacinthe is possible, but the order must be paid online prior to pick-up.

Returns
Yes, but only if you do so within 10 days following the date your order is delivered. Before shipping the merchandise back, you’ll need to obtain a Return of Merchandise authorization number from Customer Service. Please note this does not guarantee you will be credited for the purchase of the returned merchandise.
The merchandise must be sent back in its new condition and intact, still in its original packaging, and fit for resale.

There is no charge for returns made in person at our branch in Saint-Hyacinthe. You must cover the cost of shipping the returned merchandise.
You will be billed 10% for the cost of the return.
- In-store returns are reimbursed immediately if the item is returned in its new condition and in its original packaging.
- Other returns will be reimbursed a few days after receipt of the parcel at our warehouse.

New Products and Promotions
In our website’s Online Store section, simply enter your email address in the Keep Me Informed section at the very bottom of the page.
Permit
Only for the purchase of products that are categorized as Class 3 by the Québec provincial authority. We follow the regulations that apply to permits given by the ministère de l’Environnement et de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques du Québec (provincial ministry for the environment and climate change).
An official copy of your permit will be required when placing your order.
